If you are not happy with the manner in which your complaint has been handled, you can dispute your complaint to the Adjudication Committee Thuiswinkel, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP Den Haag, the Netherlands (www.sgc.nl).
You can also dispute your complaint trough the Adjudication Committee of the European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
